Today I am gonna give you some tips so that you can make your surroundings clean and clear 1. Wake up early :- Yeah I know that you guys are in confusion but my friend do you know what when you wake up at morning and go outside for morning walk half of your disease are gone. That means now you have to fight only half part of your health enemies (dirt,  pollution etc). And some research also says that in the morning your mental gasping power is maximum that means in morning your mind easily catch that kind of stuff and store in mind that you have to do that.  2. Be volunteer in any NGO :- As you know that we don't like other children up to our own children try to use this logic when you serving some NGO to be volunteer so that will become your responsibility
